    * This is a promotional supplement. Both the base game Nucleum and the Nucleum: Gibraltar expansion are required to play.

    New Tile Effects

    Expand your technological arsenal with these powerful new abilities:

    • Strategic Urbanization: When you urbanize in an imperial city, gain 2 achievement tokens.
    • Factory Efficiency: When you generate power, produce 1 additional unit of electricity for each factory built.
    • Contract Mastery: At the end of the game, earn 2 VP for each completed contract.

    Integration into Rules and Setup

    Incorporating this promotion is simple! During step 15 of the Gibraltar setup, simply add each of these new military technology cards to the respective level pools before the random selection for the game.
