    Jezírko is a card game in which each player tries to build the best pond full of frogs and other elements. Players take cards from the common supply and try to assign them to their pond grid in such a way that they earn as many points as possible.

    Each card has its own specific scoring conditions that players try to fulfill, and they earn more points if there are more frogs of the same type next to each other.

    The element of interaction is provided by a jumping frog in the center of the playing area, which all players move and which influences their options. You also have to feed the frogs, so you will also earn food during the game! Jezírko is a very nice combination game that has unexpected depth considering its small size!

    The game was created by rising star of Czech game design Tomáš Holek!

    Product detailed description

    Jezírko is a strategic card game for 2-4 players, lasting around 30 minutes. In this game, players create their own vibrant pond by carefully placing cards featuring various frog species and pond environments while collecting different insect types.

    The core mechanisms involve grid building and card management, with pond construction as a spatial puzzle. In each round, players choose cards from a shared display and add one card to their pond, aiming to fulfill specific conditions set by different frog species to earn points, with larger groups of the same frog type yielding even greater rewards.

    A unique shared mechanism revolves around the "jumper frog", a central figure that hunts insects and other food. All players influence the jumper frog's actions and compete to gather insects that can provide bonus points during the final scoring. Careful planning and resourceful play will lead to the most balanced and flourishing pond!

     A wooden promotional frog is also included.
