The model features a mechanical base inspired by the exterior of the Death Star with an acrylic magnetic stand.

The model stands on a base that resembles the exterior of the Death Star, which contains a mechanism that rocks the fighter. The movements mimic the X-Wing’s flight maneuvers, just like in the Star Wars movies. The fighter model can be detached from the base using a magnet. Star Wars fans will surely be thrilled by the realistic features—an opening cockpit, detachable landing gear, and a fuselage hatch that opens with an R2-D2-style button. The main mechanical feature, however, is the S-foil wings, which open into an attack position. Powered by three AA batteries or via USB-C, though these are not included.
