Return to the red planet and continue the Terraforming Mars saga in an extensive sci-fi thriller about the planet's progress, set in the world of the award-winning board game. In the 26th century, Mars is thriving: in a huge crater from the crashed moon Deimos, a massive dome city sprawls, where industry thrives and the number of Mars-born and immigrant workers grows. Scientist Mel Erdanová leads important research to feed and sustain Mars' growing population. However, when her viral enhancer turns fresh green plants into blackened fields of dead crops, it triggers a wave of violent unrest throughout the city of Deimos and Mel is accused of deliberately sabotaging Mars' fragile viability.
