    A comic book adventure for a strange role-playing game called Do podivna (Into the Strange).

    Bastion is the only city that matters, and its borders are expanding in all directions every day. Brave (or foolish) people venture into its depths in search of Arcana and unusual riches. But someone still has to do the strange jobs. Cooking, sweeping, grinding, and of course, catching rats.

    Rat catching has changed a lot since the discovery of the ancient depths beneath the city. What used to be a relatively safe job with low pay has become a very dangerous occupation, even though the pay hasn't increased much... While rats continue to be a nuisance, a new pest is emerging on the surface: the Augemaus. A cross between a raccoon, a fish, and a flying lizard, it has become a real problem for households and businesses alike. These dim-witted creatures are capable of finding hidden supplies, jewelry, coins, and even children. They can also set traps, open doors, and even speak in simple language like a well-trained bird.

    No one knows what they do with all their loot, but that's not your concern. Your job is to kill or capture them and sell them. Your group has been hired by the Bellamaus Hotel and Apartments to eliminate the infestation in their basement while causing as little disturbance to guests as possible.
