The insert is designed for the base game The Battle of Five Armies.

• The main benefit of the insert is that it stores units separately, reinforcement tokens have their own draw cups, and accessories add to the atmosphere on the map.
• Buildings add to the atmosphere on the map while remaining functional. Buildings have a slot for a shadow control token. When the Fortification is broken, the walls are removed and the entrance in the rock at the front gate is removed. Buildings include:
• 4x smaller settlements
• 2x larger settlements with walls
• 1x Front gate with removable edge
• Command – to keep track of the army's command number, there are 6 markers for characters, indicating the number of commands the character has. Simply add up the command tokens and characters on the map.
• 4 draw cups for drawing tokens. One for Fate tokens and 3 for Reinforcement tokens. You don't have to worry about shuffling when returning them.
• Capsules for Reinforcement tokens. To distinguish between the front and back when drawing by touch and to protect the tokens. One side is flat and the other has a protrusion.
• 3 card boxes. For event and fate cards. Plus two boxes for story and ability cards for both factions.
• Two dice cups. Insert the front wall and the dice cup is ready.
• Optional accessory – 3D mountain terrain adds to the atmosphere on the map and makes impassable borders visible. The model was designed by Tamás Novák, and you can download and print the mountains for free here. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5641358
• The insert fits into the original plastic insert.
