Brass: Birmingham is a strategic economic game set in Industrial Revolution England. In this game you have several choices: build textile factories, coal mines or steel mills. In Brass: Birmingham you can even trade beer! In the game you also have to manage transport. Making money is a big part of the game. You are rewarded for these things and the player with the highest score wins the whole game!

One of the authors of the game is Martin Wallace, who created very successful games such as Railways of the World, Earthspace: Ankh-Morpork or London!

Brass: Birmingham tells the story of rival industrialists in and around Birmingham against the backdrop of the English Industrial Revolution, between 1770 and 1870. In this modern successor to the masterpiece Brass: Lancashire, you'll not only expand your industrial empire with the help of water canals and railways, but also build and develop various industries including spinning mills, coal mines, ironworks, manufactories, porcelain factories and breweries.

One of the game's authors is Martin Wallace, who created highly successful games such as Railways of the World and Earthspace: Ankh-Morpork!

 

The game is designed for 2-4 players aged 14 and up.

The rules and aid cards are in Czech. The game material is language independent.

Tahle je hra je famózní. Celkem hodně taktizování. Je třeba se s hrou z žít. Ale pak to nemá chybu. Poměrně hodně omezený vliv náhody. Dobrý způsob jak získat žolíky do hry - veliká vyváženost. A zpracování je hodně luxusní. Hodnotím jako hráč, který poslední dva roky hraje jen ve dvou a to s manželkou.

Zdravíčko... Nebyl by nějaký rychlý start do hry, když už né videonávod? Nějak se ztrácíme.... Děkuji za odpověď

Odporucam este raz dobre precitat pravidla a nasledne popozerat zatrolene hry, je tam kopec otazok a diskusii k hre: https://www.zatrolene-hry.cz/spolecenska-hra/brass-birmingham-6906/otazky/ Na vela veci sa uz ludia pytali takze je velka sanca ze tam bude odpoved na nieco co dobre nechapete. Ak by anglictina nebola moc problem tak je super videonavod na youtube. Rychli start do brassu nevidim moc realne, kazdy hrac by musel mat presne urcene karty + obchodnikov a ak by ste aj prve 2-3 kola isli podla navodu tak by ste sa aj tak potom nepohli dalej.
