The object of the game is to score the first 10 points in teams of 2 players. Pairs have to combine their parts in as many combinations as possible, which are shown on the cards.

The most flexible team starts and then the teams alternate clockwise. The starting team takes the top two cards from the topping deck and decides who takes which card. Players must now position themselves so that the body parts shown on their cards are touching each other. If possible (e.g. shoulder, leg, etc.), you may choose left or right as you wish. If the team manages to connect the body parts shown, they may choose to end or continue. If they decide to quit, they may disconnect and score 1 point for each pair of cards they successfully used. If a team decides to continue, the next player turns over two more cards and shows them to that team. The pair can again choose who uses which card. The game continues in this way until the team finishes or is unable to connect all the body parts shown. If a team is unable to connect the newly displayed body parts while maintaining the original connection, they lose all points. The first team (or player in the case of an uneven number of players) to score 10 points wins the game.
