Concilium is a futuristic city‑building game where kingdoms mine Crystalon Celestia and shape laws to govern scoring. Players construct cities, manage resources, and vote on Law cards that can raise or lower point values. After seven rounds of building, producing, and voting, the player with the highest score claims victory.
