Inis is a game set in the world of Celtic legends, where individual clans set out to claim the title of High King. You won’t face mindless slaughter, but rather thoughtful rivalry over influence, territory, and the right moments to demonstrate your strength.

Each round begins with a draft of action cards. What you take determines your options—moving between regions, bringing in new clans, building shrines, or provoking a conflict. But just as important is what you pass on to your opponents. Reading their plans is the key to success.

You can win in several ways: by having your clans in at least six different territories, by being present with your clans in areas containing a total of six enemy clans, or by controlling six shrines. These conditions constantly intersect, forcing you to balance between expansion, diplomacy, and the threat of open conflict.

Inis offers a full-fledged, thrilling game with high replayability, where every map and card combination creates a different story. The rules are elegant, the turns are fast, and the tension builds until someone fulfills the victory condition—often at a moment when few expect it.

Thanks to the Seasons expansion, the game can be played with up to 5 players, which brings more interaction, more conflicts over territory, and a more dynamic gameplay experience.

Nemed adds heroes and gods, sacred sites, and new actions, while Seasons introduces variable effects and sea voyages. The game thus offers more decision-making, greater pressure on timing, and new ways to gain the upper hand.
