Monolith Arena is a fantasy dueling game. 2-4 players fight with their party in an arena. The game system is based on the older game Neuroshima Hex. Each of the fighting factions has their own unique abilities, which players must use skillfully to defeat their opponents. The base game contains four factions. Each faction guards its own monolith. The monolith is made up of three tokens, which are revealed and reveal new abilities as they are damaged. The closer you are to defeat, the stronger you become.
