The Color Monster is a magical cooperative game for children and parents, based on the popular book by Anna Llenas. The Color Monster woke up confused and has mixed feelings. Your task, together with her little friend, is to help her sort them out—happiness, sadness, anger, fear, and calm—and put them in the right jars where they belong.

• The game is a great tool for working with feelings and helps the youngest children understand their emotions and know how to deal with them.
• Cooperative game: All players work together towards a single goal.
• Age and playing time: Designed for 2–5 players aged 3 and up, with a playing time of approximately 20 minutes.
• Game mechanics: During your turn, you roll the die, which determines the movement of the colorful monster on the colorful game board.
• Working with feelings: When the monster lands on a feeling token, the player must talk about what causes that feeling in them. Then you try to put the feeling token in the correct, unturned glass.
• Challenge: Players lose if three different-colored (confused) glasses appear on the shelves. You must work together and remember the positions of the jars!

The Colorful Monster is not only a fun game, but also a great educational aid. It helps children identify strong emotions and reflect on the situations that cause specific emotions. If you manage to place all the feeling tokens in the correct jars before the monster gets confused, you win together!
