At the beginning of the 5th century BC, the Persian Empire decided to carry out a naval and land invasion of Greece. Their enemies, with whom they clashed in many epic battles, were able to resist the inhabitants of numerous Greek city-states thanks to better tactics and equipment used by their hoplites and triremes.

The game Oath will allow one to six players to take fate of the ancient land's history into their hands. One player will take on the role of the Chancellor - a skilled manipulator ruling with an iron fist. The other players will either take on the roles of Citizens, who try to become the Chancellor's successors through intrigue, or desperate Exiles who want to overthrow the entire Empire.

Each game Oath contains countless stories. You can record them using this chronicle! There is space for hundreds of generations. Record each game and its winner on a special page designed by Kyle Ferrin. Use the final pages of the diary to record the rise and fall of empires and cards added to the game deck.
